These are great when worn with yukata or even with normal clothes for that elegant touch! From Wikipedia :These are created by Japanese artisans from squares of silk by a technique known as tsumami. Each square is multiply folded with the aid of pincers and cut into a single petal.

The chirimen fabric used to make the flowers. The fabric is ordered from Japan and is authentic rayon crepe chirimen. Also, will be making other types of hairclips soon. Hot glue gun is used to attach them to the hairclips so it is strongly held and do not fall off easily (unless you are very rough with them @@)

Patterned kanzashi hairclips

RM6 each
RM10 for two (one slightly smaller than the other)

Kanzashi with bells

I am also selling them with bells attached! The bells make a cute tinkling sound when you move/turn your head ^^

RM10 each

Sakura, ume and kiku hairclips

These specific flowers are made from plain colored chirimen fabric. As this fabric is softer, the texture on the fabric is more visible. The flowers are soft to the touch and the cloth used is authentic chirimen fabric from Japan.

RM8 each
RM12 for two

If you are interested, please email me at plue_87[at]hotmail.com and I will get back to you ^^ If you have any queries you can leave a comment here too.

Thank you and have a delicious day.

NOTE : Chirimen fabric will shrink if it comes in contact with water so please be careful ^^
